" According to Minister of Health Ilya Yemets, in Ukraine this year there has been only several cases of death from influenza registered. The Minister said that influenza epidemics are cyclical, and last year there was a serious epidemic.
"We have to remember about prevention, and the way our parents successfully coped with the epidemic using folk remedies. Then there was no widespread use of chemicals, with their negative consequences," the minister said. According to the head of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Ukraine, Serhiy Ryzhenko, in Ukraine the incidence of influenza is decreasing within 3% in all the regions and control cities."
